RBM of Atlanta is committed to providing the level of service that you expect as a Mercedes-Benz owner. Following is an overview of what you can expect from a visit to our Service Department.
Our dedicated team of Customer Service Ambassadors are available to take your call or chat with you online during regular business hours (Monday to Friday 7:30AM to 5:30PM and Saturday 8:00AM to 4:00PM) and we will find the appointment time and transportation option that best accommodates your busy schedule. You can also schedule your service appointment online at your convenience 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We understand that you are busy and we’ve created our exclusive complimentary Mercedes-Benz Vehicle Pick-Up and Delivery Service (RBM of Atlanta’s Executive Valet Service) to accommodate your schedule and virtually eliminate Atlanta traffic for you (you can find out more about this service here). We also offer our complimentary and convenience Shuttle Service and we have a fleet of over 200 courtesy vehicles available for our service clientele.
When you arrive, one of our valet staff will greet you and direct you to the reception area. Once inside, our staff will confirm your arrival and gather information about your needs. You will then be escorted to your Service Advisor’s office.
After determining your needs, your Service Advisor will discuss estimates, completion time, and any other relevant details. Please allow 15-30 minutes for this process, since we want to be very thorough. The detailed attention you receive during the check-in process will help ensure that we get all the information we need to do the job right the first time.
We have the following complimentary services: Courtesy Vehicles, Pick-up and Delivery service, Shuttle Service, Coffee and Snack Bar, Customer Lounge, Free WiFi, Genuine Mercedes-Benz Parts, Factory Trained and Certified Technicians, Specialized Equipment and Tools, and much more.
When the work is done, we prefer to meet with you, go over all the work that we completed, and answer all your questions. However, we do offer alternatives for those times when you cannot pick up your vehicle during normal business hours. We have a convenient online payment option and a FastTrack delivery option to expedite getting you back on the road. Ask your Service Advisor for details.

Meet Rescue AssistSM – the first-ever use of QR codes to help passengers and first responders to stay safe.
QR codes are equipped in all Mercedes-Benz vehicles in production as of 11/1/13, and are now available to retrofit on all Mercedes-Benz vehicles dating back to 1990. Contact RBM of Atlanta for more information or to schedule your FREE Appointment to have Rescue AssistSM installed on your vehicle.
It can be a dangerous situation when, at the scene of an accident, first responders don’t have a vehicle’s structural information readily available. With Rescue Rescue AssistSM, that’s no longer an issue. They can scan a QR code in a Mercedes-Benz vehicle to quickly see where batteries, airbags and other structural elements are located to safely perform the rescue.
Whether it’s replacing a flat tire, delivering a jump start, or providing fuel should you accidentally run out, Roadside Assistance can provide help when you need it most, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Now there’s an even easier, more convenient way to get the service you need when you’re on the move. With the complimentary Roadside Assistance Mobile App, you can quickly contact Roadside Assistance to alert them of any issue you’re having. Plus, it’s GPS-enabled to identify your location, and has a tracker to let you know when help will arrive.
