Advanced Seat Style

The all-electric EQS SUV is focused on keeping you and your passengers as comfortable as possible. The front and rear seats are heated and ventilated, and the rear seats have a neck-level system for a warm and comforting feeling around the neck and shoulders. For the ultimate luxurious feeling, both the front and rear seats have multicontour styling, focusing on extra lumbar and shoulder support. In addition, both rows have ten massage functions that use heat and different pressures to stimulate certain types of massages.

Climate Control

Mercedes-Maybach focuses on the perfect vehicle cabin feeling, starting with the climate control. Active four-zone climate control allows each individual passenger to keep the airflow, temperature, and rent speed exactly how they like. Air Balance cabin-air purification system purified and filters the air before it comes out of the vents, and the Air Balance fragrance system mists a light scent throughout the cabin. Energizing Air Control with HEPA filtration adds another layer of triple filtration to remove 99% of particle pollution.

Luxury Technology

To keep you safe and your life convenient, the EQS 680 SUV utilizes technologies like KEYLESS GO® and the automatic power liftgate to allow you to open, start, and load things in your vehicle without ever taking your keys out or using your hands. ENERGIZING Comfort with Energizing Nature coordinates climate control, ambient lighting, cabin fragrances, and even seat massage features in ten-minute programs to ensure the ultimate comfort and relaxation experience in your vehicle.

Above and Beyond Luxuries

Mercedes-Maybach is the pinnacle of luxury features, and the EQS 680 goes beyond. If you or your passengers need to work or eat while on the go, the twin rear executive seats have folding tables on each side so you have a portable desk. Depending on your lifestyle, the area between the split folding rear seats have two feature options. A refrigerator box that fits up to two champagne bottles with metal Maybach brand champagne flutes, or a full cargo pass-through.

Multimedia

The EQS 680 SUV’s media system is a prime example of the innovation Mercedes-Maybach is known for. Uniting a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, a 17.7-inch OLED central touchscreen display, and a 12.3-inch passenger display creates the 56-inch MBUX Hyperscreen that covers the entire dash. Dolby Atmos, Apple Spatial Audio, and the Maybach EQS Sound Experience paired with the Burmester® High-End 4D Surround Sound system means you can adjust and listen to music exactly how you like.

Augmented Reality

MBUX Augmented Video for Navigation projects augmented arrows, street names, and house numbers onto a real-time video of the road ahead of you using a camera from the central display, ensuring easy travel and the ability to find your destination. The MBUX Augmented Reality Head-Up Display puts important travel information like speed limits, battery life, and even directions on the windshield in your line of sight, significantly lowering the amount your eyes are away the road.

Driving Assists

To keep your drives efficient and safe, the EQS 680 uses MB Navigation with Electric Intelligence to map the quickest and safest route right from your central display. Active Distance Assist DISTRONIC® can brake and accelerate your vehicle while in cruise control to keep you a safe distance away from the vehicle in front of you. PARKTRONIC with Active Parking Assist can identify parking spots, and even steer, accelerate, and brake to park your vehicle for you. Active Brake Assist brakes for you if a car in front of you slows unexpectedly.

Safety Features

The EQS 680 comes standard with nine airbags situated around the main cabin and an EQ-specific safety concept, fully focused on keeping you safe. PRESAFE® technology activates different safety features like seat positions if a collision in imminent. DIGITAL LIGHT LED headlamps with lightband generate light similar to natural sunlight, effectively lighting up your path even when its dark or there is inclement weather.

DESIGN

Exterior Design

Blending two iconic Mercedes-Benz grille designs, the black panel created for electric motoring is inlaid with the famous vertical chrome vanes with the Maybach logo, proudly adorned with the Mercedes-Benz star on the hood. One color or two-tone paintwork in different finishes are available, including MANUFAKTUR options. Flush door handles give the exterior a sleek and modern aesthetic. Aero illuminated running boards and illuminated door sills welcome you in as you approach your vehicle or say goodbye on your way out.

Interior Design

Spacious and innovative, the EQS 680 is first-class on wheels. Standard with MANUFAKTUR Natural Grain Brown Birch wood trim, wood and leather mix on the steering wheel, and Nappa leather upholstery, the EQS has a luxurious cabin you can see and feel. Customization is endless, including different wood and metal trim options, full leather steering wheel, and a choice between 5-seat bench or 4-seat executive seat cabin configuration. 64-color ambient lighting subtly adds illumination and your own personal touch to the cabin.

Wheels

The EQS 680 comes standard with 21-inch Maybach multispoke wheels, sporting a polished chrome radial design. Other available wheel options include 21-inch Maybach forged five-hole monoblock wheels, the exclusive 21-inch Night Series seven-spoke wheels accented with the darkened Maybach pattern, and 22-inch Maybach seven-hole monoblock wheels. The monoblock wheel feature a “full disc” design with small notched slots, while the multi and seven-spoke wheels feature the classic radial design.

Packages

For a more sporty aesthetic, the Maybach Night Series Design Package has special dark chrome appointments in the interior and exterior, darkened Maybach emblems, and a Herringbone Dark Walnut wood trim. The Executive Rear Seat Package gives your EQS the four-seat cabin configuration, twin executive rear seats with a MBUX tablet in the center console. The center cupholders are also temperature controlled, and heated armrests ensure the ultimate comfort. Folding tables allow for a working surface.

PERFORMANCE

Motors

Smooth, powerful, and quiet, the EQS 680 breaks the mold for electric performance. One motor in the front and one in the back, the dual permanently synchronous motors push out an impressive 649 horsepower and 700 lb-ft of torque to all four wheels. An advanced and refined cooling system allows for spirited driving and the ultimate performance experience without damaging the motors.

Battery

Innovative Mercedes-Benz technology has refined the light and advanced high-voltage battery. The battery can be updated over the air, directly from your vehicle while at home, to increase and maintain the EQS 680’s performance throughout its lifetime. The upgraded heat pump helps control temperature while driving and charging, ensuring the proper temperature and longevity of the battery.

Suspension

The EQS 680 utilizes the semi-automatic AIRMATIC® suspension to keep your response times quick while still being lightweight. Fully variable 4MATIC® all-wheel drive works alongside the dual motors to distribute torque to the wheels wherever it is needed. Even in an electric vehicle, the iconic DYNAMIC SELECT system is able to adjust the suspension, steering effort, and drivetrain response. These factors are decided by whichever of the four modes you pick, ECO, Sport, OFFROAD, and Maybach mode.

Charging

Luxury doesn’t stop when it comes to charging the EQS 680. AC level one and level two and DC level three charging is available and allows you to charge from 10% to 80% in about thirty minutes. This service streamlines the ability to find nearby chargers, pay for services, and offers access to over 140,000 chargers, including over 20,000 Tesla Superchargers.
