The Mercedes-Benz App
The Mercedes-Benz App lets you control your
vehicle from your smartphone. With remote
start and cabin warm-up features, you can
have your GLB SUV ready for you before you
even get into it.
Driving Assists
Blind Spot Assist and hands-free parking are standard
in the GLB SUV, and DISTRONIC® and Parktronic is
available for stop-and-go traffic.

Engine
The compact 2.0 liter inline-4 engine
delivers 221 hp and 258 lb-ft of torque,
allowing for a quick response. The 48-
volt mild hybrid assist adds a gas-free
boost of 13 hp.
Transmission
The dual clutch 8-speed transmission is quick
and smooth in automatic and can become paddle-
shifted manual whenever wanted. DYNAMIC SELECT
shifts power for wherever the road takes you.
Advanced 4MATIC®
The available 4MATIC® all-wheel drive pulls
torque to the front or rear wheels, depending
on tire grip for each wheel. New engineering
includes loose-surface mode, Downhill Speed
Regulation, and more.
Changeable Second Row
The second row of the GLB is versatile, able to
slide, recline, or split 40/20/40. EASY ENTRY®
allows for 50/50 split and an available third row.
